OUR STAFF:

 

Our staff is fantastic!  We invite you to come by any Nanny location during business hours to meet them and observe as they spend time with our guests.

 

All staff at The Nanny have had the minimum completed as a condition of employment:

-  Adult and Infant CPR and First Aid training

-  Thorough interviews and reference checks that validate a desire & aptitude of caring for and  nurturing children

-  Substantial experience in caring for & nurturing children

-  12 hours of ongoing child development training on an annual basis

-  Criminal and sex offender background checks

OUR DIRECTORS:  All Nanny locations are staffed with a director as required by State regulations.  All directors have the required education and experience to make your child’s experience fun, safe and memorable.  Most directors also have advanced degrees in education or early childhood development.

 

OUR OPERATIONS MANAGERS:  Our operations managers assist our directors in the day to day activities.  Along with scheduling events and activities, our operations managers oversee staff and are responsible for making sure our facility is what you would expect as a Nanny client.
